Abstract

 Supplications and invocations (Wird and Wazifas) are an essential part of worship. The Quran and Hadith highlight their significance. Although not obligatory, they are considered voluntary acts of worship through which a person attains closeness to Allah and His Messenger (PBUH). Additionally, these acts elevate individuals to the status of saints (Awliya) and righteous ones . Allah Almighty has revealed the Holy Quran as a cure and mercy for us.For this reason, the Holy Quran provides healing for our body, heart, and soul. Whether the illness is physical or spiritual, apparent or hidden, the Quran is the best remedy for its treatment.From the era of Prophethood itself, the Holy Quran was introduced as the best remedy for afflictions and physical illnesses, and the practice of healing through it began.
